Sunday 1st September 2024 - Market Weighton circular 33 people were on the coach today, of which 5 non walkers continued on to Beverley. The 28 walkers were dropped off in the centre of Market Weighton. We started our walk looking at the statue of William Bradley who was born in this East Yorkshire market
Sunday, 3rd September 2023 – Collingham to Newark Today’s 8.5 miles walk followed the River Trent upstream, mostly along a section of The Trent Valley Way in Nottinghamshire. Today's walk was led by Brian Jenkinson, 7 ½ miles . 34 people on the coach today, 30 walkers and 4 non-walkers who would have their own adventure in Castleton. The coach dropped the walkers off at Heatherdene then carried on to Castleton
Sunday 4th September 2022 - Grassington - Yorkshire Dales Today's walk was being led by Norman Emery, 7 miles around the Grassington area. Two new walkers were given the usual greeting and made to feel welcome. On route to our destination, there was a red kite, a kestrel, and a steam train at Bolton
